Upcoming billing changes

Pushr's $1 minimum monthly spend will be activated on September 1. This means that accounts with a monthly usage below $1 will see their usage rounded up to $1. 


The $1 monthly minimum spend was planned as part of our billing system as a healthy way for us to provide high quality services and good support to customers of all sizes, including the very small ones 💪 And while it has been part of the FAQ section on our pricing page for years, it was never really implemented. For a long time we felt like we did not have to enforce this minimum since the accounts with monthly spend below $1 were not too many to slow down our support ticket responses.

This has changed, and as we see a growing number of users, the number of small accounts also grows. We want to keep everyone happy with knowledgeable and fast support responses, regardless of their size, and the activation of the $1 clause will allow us to do this efficiently. For accounts with monthly spend above $1 nothing changes. For accounts with a spend below $1, we will be rounding it up to $1.

The $1 clause will be activated on September 1, 2024 and despite it, we will continue to strive to provide enterprise-grade services at pricing that is among the lowest in the industry ⚡
